Xbox 360 RLOD repair

I just had rather a good result.

I thought I would look into getting the 360 repaired and went onto the Microsoft website and registered my console only to find that it said "the standard warranty expired on 18th November 2008.I then clicked to request a repair thinkingI would pay for it to be done anyway and it said "your console is covered for this fault until 18th November 2010. There will be no charge for this repair"

Result!!! :D

Well the saga has finally come to an end. I had an email saying that they couldn't repair it under warrenty as the tamper label was broken ( I tried to clean all the dust etc from the inside DOH!! ) so they sent it back without even giving me the option of having it repaired at a cost.

So I recieved it back and tried to book a repair online but it kept saying that it was unnavailable for repair as it was still in transit to me. Obviously this was not the case so I phoned them and they agreed to do it over the phone and only charge me the online price, (Usually about
