Anyone looking to get this on friday??
Been a while since the last f1 game on the ps3 and i thought that was good but compared to this one its rubbish lol.
Been a long time comming but think should be well worth the wait.

Bit too technical for me, I'm better off shooting people;)
It is about time we had a decent driving game on the PS3

Thats all I am waiting for, even more excited about it than the new COD and MOH.
Some cool vids on IGN showing dynamic weather. Will be digging the steering wheel out of the loft when it comes out and even having the day off work to play....sad....hell yeah but I wont mind when I'm 6 hours in and its only 3pm
Unless it comes out at midnight.

What's the chance of it being on time REALLY?
This series rarely are on time.
It's the only game I'll be buying, till then I'll stick with MW 2

At least they have set a date for it now rather than the usual vague Q1,2,3,4 etc and the recent shows in both the US and Japan have been publicising the dates so its looking positive. 5th Nov !!!

Sorry to derail the thread, IGN gave F1 2010 8.5 out of 10 which isnt bad. I used to love the Geoff Crammond Grand Prix games but just got bored with F1 now so I wont buy the Codemasters one which does look pretty good.

Im slightly scared its by Codemasters... grid, dirt etc... have been way to arcadey. Apparently they spent a lot of time with Anthony Davidson tuning the handling, so there is hope yet. No-ones had the balls to do a decent handling console game since Richard Burns rally.
There was a great quote about rFactor, pointed to by many as THE f1 sim because its hard it must be realistic, when Davidson tried it he said it was harder than driving a real F1 car!
