Evening Gents (and the occassional lady who may come on here)
I've been treated by my lovely wife to a shiny new laptop!

I've got an Acer Aspire with a variety of numbers that don't mean too much, but they were higher than some of the others on the shelves, so can't be all bad:willy_nilly:

I am sure that the inbuilt operating system goes some way to subsidise the cost of the hardware......I also understood that the style of specification of the two machines was quite different. I am far from an expert but many of the Apple PC's and laptops I have seen are well spec'ed media machines with decent graphics cards. You won't get a cheap system with a GeForce 9 for example.

As for Rob's wife being cool.........you should see the girl cook too! No wonder he's getting fat. (Friendly Brother baiting, nothing more)
