Medal of Honor - Airborne (American Spelling !!!)
Well I bought this after playing the demo and liking it.....
The whole idea is that you parachute onto a level and choose where you land and then complete the normal a-b objectives. Because of the parachuting in it injects fresh blood into the genre, you no longer feel you are completing the same pre-determined waypoints.
The number of enemies and friendly foes on the screen is incredible and the ai on expert is faultless !!!
There are a number of good features eg ducking behind an object and then using the left stick to lean or look over the object, the sniper scope has a kind of fisheye view to it plus you can increase of decrease the scope range which is very useful.
Multiplayer - had a good laugh with Ben, Stu and Dan last night on it. Playing as Axis you can shoot the Allies coming down on parachutes in the air (they cant shoot back !!) but this takes quite a lot of practice. The game has the standard objective/capture the flag, team deathmatch (with or without the parachute option) but no deathmatch which is a real shame !
Overall I am quite impressed, I think some good teamgames will be a lot of fun and urge the 360 owners to buy it so we can have some fun (and I wanna shoot Bladey more ;-) )

Yup, was good fun but for me the game lacks some key features. Deathmatch being one, no shotguns (so far anyway) and no means of berating the guy on the other side if he repeatedly kills you whilst you're jumping out of a plane :x
Did bring back memories of COD3 and I'm sure the single player on Medal of Honor is better. Just not convinced the multiplayer is better yet.

I can only hope that EA are working on several patches for the game. If they're not I'm going back to COD :thumb:
