Well 3 days have gone past......no label !!!!
Rang the helpdesk again. Got a really bad cold at the mo so the foreigners there couldnt really understand me which wasnt good.
They said they will definitely email me within 24 hours !
Told them that if not I will be speaking to a manager there as I am quite frankly appalled that its been 2 weeks, 5 phonecalls and I still have a 360 thats as more use as a doorstop than a state of the art games console !!!!!
48 hours...then round 2 (3,4,5,6, etc) or whatever round we are on now !!!

Well, thought I would give you an update !
The saga of Microsoft versus Gareth still goes on !!!
I still havent received a label, the supervisor who assured me on friday that I would get a label by wed has basically told me a pack of lies. Just phoned them earlier and got told there is no chance of me receiving it by tomorrow.
Appalled by it, got told by the guy on the helpdesk that because its stuck in Microsofts system, someone from the US has to fix this. Asked him how long it would take and got told that he didnt know, could be 2 weeks. They cannot log another request at all until this one is cleared !! Crap system I hear you say....well it is Microsoft after all !!! What makes us think the Microsoft Helpdesk will be using a 'good' system !
Apparently there is nothing they can do...at that point I said SUPERVISOR PLEASE !!! But the Supervisor was on a break and may call me back tonight...so far...no callback !!!
Wrote to Game to voice my concerns and pleaded for them to change it.....no response to that after a week so guessing not. Because of the time it has taken with Microsoft the 6 months time has been and gone.
Oh well...one day I will get it sent back to be fixed !! Suspect the XBOX 1080 and PS7 will be out then !!!!!!
Consoles eh !! Just hope none of you guys have the same issues with yours !!!

Well suprise suprise not a great deal more progress after speaking to a Supervisor again on friday who promised to ring me back yesterday. Must have missed that phonecall or shock horror...they didnt ring !!!!!!!!
Funnily enough after I moaned on email and explained the whole thing, gave ref numbers etc. Got a reply saying I needed to phone the helpdesk !!!!! Gave them a very rude response back saying if they had actually read my email they would have seen that I had contacted them and thats where the problems started !! Waited over a week but no response, but then lo and behold yesterday I got an email from them saying that an order was booked into the system and I would be getting a mail shortly.....nothing yet !!
BUT....That could mean that I may have ended up sorting my own problem quicker than the friggin helpdesk could. If that is the case then I will be ringing to speak about compensation !! Its ridiculous now...a month on with still no label to send it back !!
Game never responded. Seems to be the trouble that the issue is with Microsoft and they wont give you your money back because it was bought through another company !!
Giving it a few days now as I am away in Eastleigh, but when I get back I will be on the phone again to them.
Really losing my patience now, anyone else got any ideas what else I can do ?
