Been watching the Judo this morning and i'm gutted. A technique that I developed in 1982 is now banned and all versions of it:( . A Cuban woman got disqualified over it.

Loved the Brunell part, really does inform the world that we gave them the industrial revolution. Plus the amount of people on Facebook and Tumblr that didn't who Tim Burners-Lee was, is just stupid!

Well one week in and Team GB making steady progress I have to say I am really enjoying what I have managed to see so far....and now the Athletics have started even better although I do have concerns about the Brazilian Hurdlers......because last time a Brazilian jumped a barrier in London the Police shot him !.

I must admitt that a couple of weeks ago i couldn`t have given a toss about the olympics and was ready for the whole thing to be a total "cock up" like a large portion of the uk did. But i am now feeling quite patriotic and think the organisers have done a brilliant job! The opening ceremony seemed to be a total success around the world. The coverage and the venues have all seemed to be first class. I am proud of what our guys have done and the atmosphere must be fantastic. I do however feel ashamed to say i can only watch a little bit of it before i get bored though. I can`t help it i would rather watch the X games or better still motorsport.:)
But.....
Go team GB!:hurray:
