Great Stuff Duncan,

Volunteer work with kids is usually very enjoyable, if they all pay attention. Are you having a CRB check done aswell?

For the last 3 years I've been a 10pin bowling coach, giving up your time is hard work. I used to teach Mon,Fri Evenings and Saturdays. Sunday was usually spent in a bowling tournament somewhere round the country. But its great when all your hard work pays off and the kids do really well. I went over to Denmark in April as one of my bowlers qualified for Team England, it was great.

Good Luck and make sure you enjoy it

Nice one Duncan.

I remember doing my cycling test very well, all these years on, and I still have my badge somewhere. I am convinced that the course saved my life, without it I would have been even more crazy on my bike as a kid

I will try to keep this thread quiet in my house, or you may end up doing lessons in your neighbouring village too

And on the bowling front; I play at Strikes Ely, and I am sure I can get us a good discount, where the food aint bad either :) (I feel a new thread coming on, Shall I?)

 Unfortunately I have to bowl with a wrist support as my wrists are very weak, so a normal fun bowl for me is exactly that using a house bowling ball, and no wrist support equals a very off the street average bowler. I also dont bowl anymore, saving loads of money which can now be spent on a car.
