the house was quite cheap considering how much land we are getting.

carnt wait to have a proper workbench to do all that kind of stuff on:D
that is one of my big challangers of the move is sorting out the fish tanks, poor things will have to travel 25miles in the car in a tub at least most of it will be the motorway

Tried them for my shoulder as there a muscle relaxant as well as an antidepressant. Ended up with the worst piss infection ever so had to come off them. I'm on Nortriptyline and Citalopram amongst other things :(

They'll be fine, you could now get a 6 or 7 or maybe a 8ft tank! Just think how happy the Pleco would be with that :D

Realy happy for you Al! There realy is nothing like actually paying to own your own home. The house/garden and general area look a good place to sort out ones soul?;) I hope the move etc all goes smoothly for you.
I can`t belive that no one has already asked the big question......
How far is it from yours to Pauls now?:D

mate you are so reading my mind on that one.
if i can get the blue prints for the house i would like to fit a 7/8ft fish tank into the wall between the livingroom and the kitchen.
i have sold it to the miss's on the grounds that it will let more light through the house:D

mate i will be alot closer to his now, im at J10 and he is at J9
but i feel the roles may be revirsed as ive spent the last 12 years annoying him and making a mess at his place i think it might be time for his revenge:smilielol5:

once i have moved in im sure ill be making a project thread for the place as i have a whole load of
stuff that i want to do over the years which are,

2/3car garage
loft conversion for train set
fish tank in the wall
total overhaul of the garden, decking, pond, BBQ area, hamock.

going to have alot of fun with this
