I like your Elise Kev,very nice!...bit of a handfull I bet!

I used to race for fun with Model Junction racing in Bury St Edmunds,1/10th scale electric,
Nothing as serious as Frayz, very tasty car you have there mate

I still have my race car but haven't used it for ages (too many other things to do,mostly work :? ) Tamiya TA04 with a few tune-ups,

But I do have a collection of Tamiya 1/10th car kits and bodykits, nearly all the Toyota models they have made (there are a couple of older ones I haven't got but they are silly money to buy now)
If you are interested you can see them here: http://www.tamiyaclub.com user name 'Celicafan'

Just saw this thread!

I used to be really into RC racing, started off with a cheapish petrol car and used to have some fun with it out on the road but nowhere to really use it then i went to Kirkley High School in Lowestoft to watch some racing and saw them all using electic cars and ended up selling the petrol one to get my first chassis which was a Schumacher Racing chassis which i competed with and did quite well..

I then got the new Schumacher Axis 2 Pro (few years back now!) and my dad spent a fortune on it! (I wasnt earning as i was a kid and my sis had a horse so my parents felt sorry for me!) In the end it had way over

Here are a couple of pics of my vintage Kyosho 4wd GT4RC:

http://picasaweb.google.com/tony.bell/U ... hfscOJ8p6w

It is looking a little sorry for its self, needing a new engine after the conrod let go :(

This is my first attempt with RC cars, and I have had a great laugh with it. It is just a shame it gets so damn dirty everytime I use it

I will get round to fixing it up one day.

R32Nik and i like to run ours during the summer (when they are not broke :) ) Last year, we crashed my plane, crashed a hydrofoam each (mine is destroyed and will undergo a complete carbon rebuild soon)

I have just finished rebuilding my Nitro truck, which, to be fair is a lot more fun than the cars, here is a pic or two of my HPI RS4:
