Cheers guy's I have to admit when i started i thought i would never get there but i stuck at it and when you start running little is more beneficial than trying to go full hole sraight away . Increased it to 7k twice this week but i am going to cut the distance right down next week and do some speed runs using the same principal as the first week .

My motivation this year is to buy a new house and if the pennies stretch that far a nice red RS4 estate :). House will have to come first so I can park said shiny Audi in safety.

Nice work on the running Mr F :)

Many moons ago I did similar, and if my knee holds out with the work I'm doing now, I'll be following this method

I used it last time and in 5 months went from couch potato to a 10k run.
