I loved the Atkins diet. I just didn't enjoy the wind and bad breath. I stunk :D

Good point about the awareness being raised.

I remembered the overalls but thought you'd be enjoying fifth gear at that point rather than changing gear and having to use that sodding clutch. Bag them up mate and I'll get them whenever.

All I need to do is to redistribute my mass more evenly.
Nice going Stu :smash: looks like we're all doing well at the moment :D

I went on the Atkins diet and not only did I lose weight, I felt so much fitter too. Being a committed carnivore I rather enjoyed the Atkins way despite all the scaremongering.

Stu, maybe your sudden reduction caused your overalls fall off and why I've just found them in the back of the car

I do hope no-one reads anything into that and can assure them, we are just good friends :shag: :D

i was going to go on the atkins diet, but because im a tight sod when it comes to money i opted for just visiting the doctors and getting on the bike :D

For proper weight loss I can highly recommend the Gastroenteritis (Stomach Flu) I've had since Thursday afternoon. As of this morning I've lost about 6 pounds.

In all other respects, I wouldn't recommend it quite so highly! :puke:

Now that's one of the more natural weight loss regimes. Like it or not :D

Oh, and thanks for sharing, but please don't :)

I will say that I saw Dan the other night, he popped over to laugh at me, and he looked quite a bit slimmer and I dare say healthier.
An update from me..............17st 5lb at the moment. I should add that I can quite easily consume a stone of food and drink in a night. Oops.

Cheers Stu, have to say you look alot thinner too. This weight loosing lark is fun all good, and down to 17st 5lb isnt something to be sniffed at :D
