its been happening for a while now, apperently microsoft wasnt expecting as many new subscibers over the holiday period. i went on the weekend, if you go on in the morning before 11 its fine, but as soon as the yanks wake up they kill the servers then its even worse when the west coast wakes up.

microsoft have said that they will give away a free xbox arcade game because of this, what one i dunno.
