idiot needs help

right im totally hopeless with computers :oops: i've tried to look at the pics from last night and for some reason i can only get a few of them up? i just get lots of little boxes with a red cross, is there anyone out there with more than my 1 brain cell that could help PLEASE :oops: :-D

try pressing the F5 button after the pictures have stopped loading and the red X's are displayed.

what web browser are you using?

also, try right clicking on the red X and choose "view image"

if youre on dialup, lots of pictures will take ages to load and many wont load at all.

cheers andrew F5 worked fine only had to prest it about 10 times :lol: still on dail up, should really change it and a better computer

sounds like you are suffering due to dialup - I even struggle sometimes with broadband. If you get lots of the red X's ... simply right click on each one and select view picture - but do it one at a time - once they are 'cached' i.e. you computer has a record of them they will show each time you load the thread.

If you hold shift while you refresh the page your browser will bypass its cache.

cheers think ill be better off getting someone else to do it for me :lol: would like a laptop soon coz going to get hondata ecu from CPL for my civic but dont have a clue what to get? any advice? ( cheap one but good :D )

If you need cheap but need support - get a dell. Not the best but resonable and you have the help desk etc.

But would recommend getting one with wireless technology - then get yourself broadband and then a wireless router / modem depending on your connection type.
