I did PM PulseD, still waiting for a response. Driver seemed friendly enough - didn't speak - just waved and gave a big grin 
I was in my car - so he didn't think I was some sort of wierdo who waves at other drivers for fun... well he probably did.

Yep it's PulseD's car ... the new owner is called Ian - however doesn't seem to be a member of either GTR or skylineowners.
Trying to track him down. Maybe he saw the bigpower stickers on the side of mine - here's hoping.
