My thinking on this although a reduced life of power from doing these sorts of launch's I'd guess the car would still do 100 miles on the batteries rather than the 150 quoted, all the same a recharge is well worth the look on the losers faces :twisted:

I dont really see whats so wonderful about this car.

Its just a mega lightweight base which helps negate the weight penalties of battery systems. If it were an Ariel Atom with a supercharged Honda Vtec in there which regularly do 1/4 miles a second faster than this thing then no-one would bat an eyelid !!!

The only REALLY impressive electric car for me other than the Solar cars is the super slug........
