Re: M3
19's, well that wouldn't have been cheap then
My mate Chris used to have a new set of tyres put on his BMW every year without fail, I think he's driving a 330 now rather than an M3? I'll check because I know he's just traded his '09 one in for a newer model. He used to have the BMW garage in Hereford (where he bought it from new) put it through a service and MoT etc. and he used to spend over a grand on rubber each year.
Daft really as he probably never did more than 10k-12k miles per year but he always insisted on them replacing the full set, ironic really as Chris is the tightest git you could ever meet!
He drives like Miss Daisy so its not as if he used to burn through the rear tyres either, I'm pretty sure it was Continentals that he always had fitted, it was whatever the 3 series came with as standard
Whatever it was he couldn't get his Beemer up the mountain road in the wet last month so I had to drive down and pick him up. If the Michelin Sport are a good all rounder I'll tell him to start looking at those as an alternate option
