Goodwood FOS 2012

Post by maff »

Just back from a brilliant day there on friday. The festival of speed was bigger and better than ever, lost track of all the quality motors there was to dribble over.

Funniest part was, having spend the day poking round various 100 grand porkers, sitting in them pressing all the buttons, watching Wimbledon in the back of the Jag XJ Limo and getting a guided tour round the new M6... We had a look round Renault who had a great big "Do not touch the cars!" sign up on .... a Clio 200 cup. Don't think they quite get Goodwood, numpties.

Nice pics Maff. I really like what they have done with the M6 from the front as it was horrid from the front and back. Hopefully the back is better.

Nice selection of cars there.

A couple of lads I know from work went to this, and I must admit I was (and remain) gutted that I couldn't get along. After competing @ Goodwood a few years back it whetted by appetite for getting back there to see 'proper' cars having a go.

Thanks for sharing Maff.

Great pictures. It looks like a really great event which I'd love to go to one day. I watched the coverage on Sky sports yesterday afternoon and was pretty disappointed as there was to much yapping and not enough action :frown:
