I must admit, his work is intelligent, and I feel does qualify as art.
The mindless shit that adorns our local kids playground is an utter disgrace.
I feel the council projects for kids and youngsters to express themselves with "street art" are a good idea, but then they have the paints when they should nt do, temptations a bugger when you're young and with your mates, bored.

could of done a tree instead of a flower as it is called "pollard street" but then the only "art" that floats my boat is the sweet music created by a V8

back in the 90's chalk painting on the streets of birmingham was very
populer and the police used to let people get on with it as it was just
washed away at the end of the day.
