rear suspension broke as he exited the previous corner or when he went along the wall resulting in rear wheel steer ,he was then a passenger imo made a mess though ouch.

The driver was Lotus F1 driver Heikki Kovalainen and it happened in the race of champions. It was quite funny as he looked rather shaken when he got out of the car but his girlfriend who was passenger got out and started laughing and joking with the stewards.
