Wrong as well and have heard a few, A guy in our scuba club has a honda V6 in his boat 250bhp. Also has an spare engine, well actually slightly damaged engine cover and mounting lugs etc, After it slid down slipway while launching and hit a wall, insurance company paid out in full for the engine and boat damage.
Have often thought about using the engine in a sprint car = good bhp for the weight,Honda engineering. Down side= loads of machining to connect to a gearbox, and high emissions with very little control off.
But would still be an interesting project i reckon.

i thought so too...which is why i felt the need to record it lol...it sounds like a v8 dragster
next time we get a sunny weekend we'll have to do a big power meet down sea palling, we have got a couple of ringo's and more on the way - its such a laugh
stu said he's up for coming out...but i'll believe it when i see it
