How many miles have you done on that Matt? (since the last check) Do you check all of the internals? If things are OK once checked, are you making any alterations for next year?

Well i've not done much this year in it, just over 3,000 miles.
i don't have a mileage to check it, but just make it once at year in the winter.
Yes i check all of them, including a full gearbox stip down.
As for changes i was down on power at at a recent RR (only 270) but had clutch slip so have to bring in power slowerly, and wasn't full boost at the end, and was a little lean (13.2 AFR) as not been tuned for a while, 13.2 afr is safe for my engine but not ideal for the power. so i have things there to look at. Loads of other things i want to do and look at, but have to see how time goes.

Driving a fast Jap import is like coming out of the closet, you might surprise some people, but in the end you are still gay.

Count yourself as lucky Fil. Just when I thought it was a bit quick, Matt hit boost and changed lanes instantly and then just when I thought I'd had enough, the bloody seat I was perched on moved as it only had two bolts holding it in :)
Watching Matt's old video of him at Santa Pod, with him swerving all over the place and the crowd going 'Oooooohhhh' sums it up!! Nutter
