Don't think Stu would be very happy having a BP stand at a static show. It would be nice to get some familiar faces in there, I didn't know anyone except DIRTY_SVT with his cobra.
Although, I don't think it would hurt to get some interested "track addicts" to come out and play!

I am happy for BP to have a presence at the right events. This one looks like it has potential. It would need someone behind it that has no access issues, so essentially it would need to be an existing member that serves on the base.
If anyone meets that description and would like to be involved, please PM me
The Americana was sublime and it amazes me that we don't have a stronger range of American cars on the forum. Something I am keen to address.......
Your 32 is looking tough as hell Bryan. The new wheels and stance are quite something.
The Cobra is looking cool too. Nice picture in the trunk

I think that's a good idea Stu.
I think the reason behind that is because these cars are MINT and it would be hell if they broke one a had to hunt down parts... $$$$$! With saying that, I think the oldies are more projects than "toys". The others there I see as only being "Drag monsters". There are quite a few people I know on base that are more into the drift scene than anything else.
Thanks for that, now I'm just waiting to get that bumper on and maybe it'll have a more aggressive look. 8)
I will go to the hobby shop this Friday and ask if they wouldn't mind a club stand and what number of spaces I would be able to reserve.
If all goes well, for anyone that would want to join this static event, I will need the following...
Full Name:
Address:
Phone number:
Car Year:
Car Make:
Car Model:
Car Colour:
More details to follow
