Cant figure where the compression starts... I think he may of just hit the start of it!

yes - lift at the bottom - the cambers are all over the place, but committment, ability and a small belief in the car would have got him through there easily.
On our first ever lap we went through there at well over 100mph - speeds now are limited by the size of my danglies. It CAN be taken flat in mine (prob 145mph) I am told !!!

Re watching it again, watching the top of the windscreen on the horizon to gauge how unsettled the car is, i think he's hit the compression in the dip and its just un balanced the whole thing! He said he was doing nearly 100mph at that point?!?!?!

i do it at around 130mph now
100 mph is essentially easy if you dont panic and lift. As with any corner, heavy weight shifts break the traction circle much quicker and cause the lift off oversteer that they experienced.
That section is pretty straight despite what the voices say its just very claustrophobic and extremely steep
