I've spoken to a few people about this and cannot understand how a car can let go like that, just by lifting off the accelerator :?

I reckon, and it is only my opinion, that he must have dabbed the brakes slightly or made a slight adjustment to the cars steering at the same time as he lifted. Can't see any other reason why it would let go like that........but then I've not done 183 before so I wouldn't know for sure :D

At least it was there (ie an airfield) and not on an enclosed area. Now that could have been messy.

I took the V Box data of Rich right after it !
It turns out that if you lift off to fast there is a transfer of down force to the front (due to no spoiler) and additional front splitter.
This leaves the rear oh so light at 190 a bump in the road or simliar is enough.
Goes to prove the location it the best place to play at theese speeds.

Conngrates to Gary at APT and RossW both doing 30-130 mph in the 8's keeping the local end up!!
