Scooby vs 500bhp Skyline

Well no normal Scooby - this is Andy Forrest using a mix of Nitro Methane and Methanol
He reckoned it was over 1000bhp before it lifted the heads off the engine.

the 1/8 mile time 0-128mph best time is 5.95 if that helps.

A fine car but then a proven 9 second (9.16 pb?) Subaru against an unproven 500bhp (where was that figure taken from out of interest) is hardly match of the century.........
Do the Impreza guys in Japan have drag meets like the GTR ones? I would be genuinely interested in seeing footage from that
