lol. they cant see anything from there.

the building behind is the prison officers mess.

the main prison has a rather tall wall around it :D

my dad was a prison officer there for 20 years. i remember as a kid having the kids christmas parties there.

one of the officers would dress up as santa.

we used to go down St James hill on our sledges too.

fond memories.

i moved away at 11 to mile cross when dad was made medically retired.

i only moved back to the area 3 years ago.

ironiclly my beloved dobermann, sky, died on that hill in september. :cry:

i bet that was fun as a kid, sorry to here about the lose of your dog fella i have a little staf called max he is about a year old now just been out in the snow its the first time he has seen it and loves it and eating it lol
