I used to have a picture of my old Series III like that.
All you could see was the top of the snorkel, the corner of the windscreen and the drivers head !!!
Its the picture that convinced me to buy it off the chap

Easy,
If its a diesel then all you need is the snorkel so that it doesnt suck air into the engine and kill it.
If its petrol as my old Landie was then you need to use a heavy grade duck oil and sealer on the HT leads and then relocate your coil into a waterproof container. Mine was in a tupperware lunch box sealed with mastic in the passenger footwell. Also heavy waterproof grease on battery terminals and keep a good eye on electrical connections before going into water.
The rest looks after itself - just dont go blasting into icy water after a long run when the engine is massively hot as it can crack the block.

See,
I get funnies in 10-1 to most other people, but the downside is that when people get them in on me they laugh ten times harder !!!
I would add that its wise to extend things like diff breathers along with the snorkel so you dont suck water into them too which ultimately causes damage as you create thinner and thinner mayo in your diffs !!!
