oh!! did i not mention the fact the car had NO JACK OR SPANNERS!!!!

i had to wait an hour for my mate to come cross country to use his scissor jack and a small 17mm socket to get the wheel off!!

i can't believe i forgot to say that!!

mind you, i have been up since 5:30am :oops:

Gutted for ya mate,

Never nice when the polish is taken off a new toy that quick.

Look on the bright side, I've just had a lovely break on a nice boat, looking at loads of other nice boats, and generally eating like a king at some excellent seafood restaurants.

So its not all bad news !!!

Remove the badge carefully and get yourself a nice big Nismo sticker made up - and hey presto .. no more scratches ...

What a crap start with a new car :o After the bleatring on here about that badge are you sure the 'boys' weren't known to you? :roll:

also, if that is the state of the fronts .. I'd be looking at changing the rears too.

Plus, I've got a spare set of wheels in my shed if you're running 5 stud if you wanted to borrow them ... all got good tyres (well better than your fronts anyway)
