Most of the time is was about 1-2 degrees but with a windchill factor it was -25 degrees. So yeah bloody freezing. They had to clear the runway of snow before we landed.

Got back Nov 28th and also got sunburnt, but that was due to the thin ozone layer above the antartic. I was wearing a duffel coat at the time.

I think the closest i want to get to a penguin is the type you buy in the shops and are covered in chocolate

You boys do a cracking job and in some of the most remote locations. Fair play to you and i am jealous you get to go to some wonderful places, no matter how remote and you get to play with Jets!! :o

However.... i would like to win the most remote BigPower T-shirt competiton. I was in Fiji this year and that's pretty far away, when i get back there probably next year, i will have a BigPower T-shirt on and should steal this one. Barring some very small remote islands and Tonga / Christmas Island, Fiji is about as far as it gets for most of us!! :D

So who's going to be the first to take one into outer space :P

Good on ya fellar, I hope you beat me. Although hopefully this year I will get a go flying in one at 40,000 feet. I don`t think that will be beaten. Probabaly as close to space as you`ll get ha ha. Thanks for yor comment by the way!
