Hi Tony been a few years since we spoke. I sold my Evo 4 must be nearly a year ago now I had been looking at vehicles with a bigger displacement I was looking at GTO's and that as I really like them and my mate Martyn has had one for the last 10 years or more and has been nothing but reliable. Then a mate of mine owned that S4 and was short of money and had it for sale so I gave him the price he wanted for it and that was a fair price. I have to say the build quality compared to my evo 4 there is no comparison the gearing is also better and in my own opinion so far I would say its the best high performance car I have owned. You was the same as me you had a scooby then an evo and after driving the S4 I would never go back to either I cannot comment on later evo's as I have never driven one the Audi is so much more refined then any of my previous performance cars but that is of course my own personal opinion I'm not in any way putting scooby's or evo's down

Yep it's been a while.

I did think about going for an Audi but with the way things are at the minute I don't think I could afford to run one.

I would not want to run one all time that's why I have my TDI golf for work and running about in I see around 500 miles to a full tank in the golf so that's my cheap motoring there. And the Audi is a weekend or evening toy
