What a day, my face is tingling this morning still despite having factor 20 suncream on :)

It started off well when we bumped into Pantera Chris in his new RX7 at the Shell garage and then seeing him on the bypass and a great looking white Supra on the bypass. It was a bit of a 'jap convoy' for a bit and reminded me of the Bigpower heyday.

Anyway the event, well done to everyone involved as it went very smoothly. There was a real mix of cars with only a few numpties getting hacked off when Harry or I were giving penalties. There was one guy who decided to handbrake the car every lap and although he looked like a tool doing it at least its the safe place for it to be done rather than in the high street.

The guy who won really was in a different league to the others though, very quick and very smooth driving.

None of us stayed for the parade lap I'm pleased to say, we were all shattered and feeling hot/sweaty and I am intrigued as to what happened.

A great day with a bunch of people from the club, thats what makes Bigpower so good.

None of the culprits were BP members luckily.

Im not going into details either as it will take to long and Im still irritated, but everything you shouldn't do on a race track regardless, especially not on parade laps at 40mph was done.

Sadly because of idiots, that event will never be happening again at Snett, ruins it for everyone because of the idiocy of a group of about 15 people.

Yes he had a high opinion of his prowess behind the wheel sadly not carried through in practice, we kept a close eye on him and had our escape route planned

You too huh? He was a proper cock! There were a few of them there yesterday but in the main they were quite well behaved on the autotest. Maybe it was the bouncer in the shorts at the bottom of the hill :D:smash:

That guy was 'alright' when i spoke to him on the track when he was waiting his next go, but nethertheless no respect for him doing that out on circuit.

Also here's a quick video i put together showing 4 runs at once :) i would put it on youtube tonight, but ive got another computer virus, great.
