Wow! Scary stuff.
I can only assume there was some oil/coolant on the track where a lot of drivers went straight off (Z3M, Evo etc) Trackdays are dangerous as we all know. I my local circuit can give us a false sense of security with its run offs. Castle Combe has always had a reputation for biting and the video shows that it can bite hard.
Sobering stuff.

Been to CC twice first time in a prelude. Second time was a couple of sessions at Japfest. Everyone seems to quote Quarry as the killer corner but it's that one before (whatever it's called) that catches people out it seems.
Don't think I'll be rushing to do a track day there.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!
when i went round that track in the breafing they did mention that, that corner is tricky
you aproach the lefthander doing over 100mph and you brake and turn left at the same
time and the back goes little and also into the mix there is a slight crest and the back end
just wants to spin round on you. then there is that switch back to take the long right hand
which again unsetles car again with the transfur of momentum
when that track is slightly damp its as bad as donington that the surface is very greesy
but as said before there might have been oil/coolent on track.
back there next year. :-D
