anyone else had dealing with this company?
ordered 5 litres of fuchs oil from them on the 5th feb and am still waiting for it despite many
phone calls and promises and the usual 'we will get back to you later today' etc.

what the hell has happened to customer service nowadays?

Why not get a refund as you will have used your card, and buy your oil from one of our traders on here

refund is now 'processing'.
will probably do it later in the year now. wanted to do the box oil in my 2 weeks off. that didn't bloody happen!
