We decided to have our front shocks rebuilt so after several emails to Nigel at Avo we sent them off the saturday before last special delivery to get there by 1pm monday. They were back with us by last wednesday 
. They had them for only 1 day . On saturday I noticed that we were missing the top securing nut, tried to get one everywhere locally but couldn't so on sunday I emailed Nigel to enquire about getting one. They arrived this morning a full set for both shocks.
Having spent many many years working in the service industry I value good service very highly and the service which I have recieved from Avo has been top notch.
If anyone has cause to deal with Avo ask for Nigel in sales you won't be disappointed
