based in thurlton. did some dealings with them when i was an auto electrician.

Took my 300ZX TT there to have a bottom end rebuild-heard nothing for 2 weeks so i called up and was told "Weve had a look and it's too much for us"

Had to go collect the car and have it taken somewhere else.If a place cant do the work id rather they tell me point blank than take the car and then decide not to-and not even call to say it was too much for them.

just my 2 pence.

:jerk: as i'm sure Liam L6GSR will confirm.I personally have in the past had two telphone conversations with ST himself during which he came out with so much $hit i almost flushed the telephone down the toilet

Got him to fit my 'charger. I didn't like leaving my car in the middle of an indoor car park which is where he's based.When I said I'm not going to leave my car there he started talking about F1 garages and what was I expecting?
I told him that at least my car should be in a prviate place not with the general public walking around it to get to their parked cars.

I got it done anyway with him as I was desperate. I got him to change the oil and put some fully synthetic in but he put some cheap mineral stuff in. I got him to change it which he said he did, but he didn't. My engine burnt through it in a week of me driving it like miss daisy beacause the engine wasn't mapped. I'd avoid him.
