Low loader or car trailer?

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone has a vehicle transporter? I am looking at a possible car in London and may need help getting it back. It's spares/repairs so not drivable. It's only a smallish car so shouldn't be too heavy. Also does anyone know if I can drive one? Or does it need to be under 3.5 ton total? Cheers, pete.

A guy I know called Andrew Mason who has one and can collect a car for you (he won't hire the unit out). Subject to your license type, the gross weight would need to be 3.5 tonnes total; I am of a vintage where I can drive anything under 7.5 tonnes
