e36 single vanos

i had my car scanned the other day and have traced the lack of top end grunt to 2 things ,
1 , maf is fubar , so have got another one , but i now need a single vanos solenoid , .
does anyone have one lying around or know how much they are new , have been looking at some on us sites and they seem to be selling for $200

its this solenoid that i need , on the top of the head at the front .
