Urgent: looking for a tow vehicle to borrow for tomorrow

hi chaps,
due to the previous owner of our vito being lazy we still havent got our v5 thus cant re-tax it :x

we are due to pick up a car tomorrow so need a tow vehicle, has anyone got one we can hire?? will probably be borrowing stu's smaller trailer so it will be alot easier on the vehicle in front

obviously the bend it you mend it policy will be in place etc

I think you can tax the van without a full V5 you just need the new owners bit.

That is true Ian. When I bought the mondeo I taxed it with the new keepers supplement section from the old log book. :thumb:

Rob, apply for the tax on line you only need the reg number. You can also apply for a V5 yourself all you need is a form from the post office, will save waiting for the other lazy sh1t to do it. I do this with every new vehicle i buy just incase the last person doesnt so i now have about 15 different log books. Time to get the shredder out i think.
