large rubber grommets

anyone know where i can find large rubber grommets approx 1.5"
im not using sliders on polycarb windows and need ventilation and planning on drilling some holes with a hole saw, only problem is the car is kept outside and had a plan of pushing rubber grommets in the holes to keep the water out when its not being used
looked through 17 pages of ebay with no joy

possibly but thought the grommet idea was better, dont really want sticky tape on the polycarb, having to clean it all the time

but am wondering how the snap vents work that are on there as there 3 1/4" and only

i'v ordered a pair of these as there so cheap and larger than the ones above being 79mm
