Needed urgently if anyone has a set for sale. Desperate for the 17mm

Thought I'd try here before shelling out at Halfrauds :)

Any info as to the task might have something that might do the job as been a spanner monkey in the past...

Hi Lee,
It's to get to the top nut & bolt, of a three bolt flange, that attaches the headers to the up-pipe on a Scooby. There's no room for a spanner to get any leverage.

One side (by collector) can only be held with a short open ended spanner. The other side I used a fixed Crescent shaped spanner but the amount of movement is minimal and the angle makes it very difficult.

When I fitted the engine back into the car, at Stu's lock up, I used his Halfords Professional half moon ratchet and it was a doddle.

No, don't have a trade card. Do Halfords give a trade discount? I have tried the local motor factors but none do a ratchet version like the Halfords.

Yep, you'll have to get an application form, fill it in in some manner and you'll get a card, discounts vary but some are very good! :)
