I am after something bigger than 550cc, for a version 6 classic, phose 2 i think. mayb around 650cc.
the 550cc i have at the mo are allmost at 100% on the apexi commander, with 3.5bar fuel pressure

Why not increase fuel pressure to 4 or 4.5bar whilst you're looking out for some new injectors. That would make sure that even at 100% duty they wouldn't be leaning out on you so long as you leave the tune as is.

Didn't he say he was running at 3.5bar?? Surely if he increases that by .5bar to 4bar it's well within the capabilities of the walbro??

as i got my cat booked in for another map tweek, since my last one a couple of weeks ago, i was wondering if there was anything worth doing.
on the rr at clives, he said the fueling was spot on, but it stills comes up 100% on the injectors on the apexi connamder
