Have a Forge recirc with a full set of springs somewhere. What do you call cheap?

when i had my car mapped at zen yesterday, i wanted paul to set it, so when the air con was turned on, it would pop and bang, he said he set it up, but my dump to amposhire bov stopted it from poping and banging, and he said arecirc one would do the job.

i tryed to tape my bov up today (so it didnt work) but still no pops and bangs

think its worth a try?
