power transistor

im trying to find a power transistor (box that sits on top of the coils cover plate)for my 1994 skyline R33 GTS-T with an RB25DET in it...

the transistor part # is 22020
97EOD it also has D156-02 on it..

the pins for one side are E1 E2 E3 E4 E5 E6
and the other side is 11 12 13 14 15 16

if this makes any sense, if anybody has one or knows were to get one,i ordered one already from a spare yard but they sent the wrong one and have to wait till next week to talk to the guy.... thanks heath

thanks.the part in my manual is called power transistor...last week i tried to call him all through the week and never got ahold of him..do you by any chance know where the place is located in thetford..heath

Just get the HKS Twin Power DLI Ignition amp Heath, it's probably going to cost you the same as getting an OEM anyways.
