Bigpower

Im looking for a Momo or similar wheel with boss, to replace the bagged wheel on my classic Impreza.

The original is 380mm dia. with 100mm dish from the base of the boss.

Ideally, a little smaller, say 350mm dia and less of a dish, so it's a little further away (short legs and like to sit back with straighter arms).

A couple of buttons would be nice too, as I have a couple of mods in mind. Failing that I could set about it with a drill.

Any traders supply wheels or anyone have something that'll fit?

i was also looking (well thinking TBH) about fitting a removeable steering wheel more as an anti theft device more than anything, anybody got any info on these?

i have a lovely momo corse wheel but it is seriously small 300/310mm i think i will have to check, with momo horn push but no buttons im afraid, i dont have a boss though although these are relativly cheap from rallynuts etc..
i used to have it fitted to my old wrx a few years ago
i'l uncover it from its hiding place and get the tape measure and camera out (sounds dodgy dosn't it) :lol:

i need a steering wheel too, as my current OEM one only allows at best 1.5" clearance to the control stalks and this just isn't enough!

Hehe Mike! That conjures up a vision of you giving yourself a white knuckle ride with the indicators flashing and wipers going each time you make a turn. :-D

Actually, on a more serious note. I hadn't considered the control stalks when I decided on a shallower dish. I'll need to keep it the same or have skinned knuckles too.
