Send a PM to Gary@APT, they have these. I think they are the VEMS units which can also show EGT if you buy the extra sensor :)

Ive got one of the VEMS ones, top bit of kit, dataloging to pc graphing and all sorts of cleverness.

Kit description:
VEMS Wideband consists of:
AFR Gauge in a standard 52mm fitment.
Bosch LSU-4 Lamba sensor.
Complete wiring loom with fused power cable, sensor and multifunction cable.
Gauge mounting hardware.
Optionally: Exhaust Gas Temperature sensor with temperature compensated cable.

Features:
Wideband Oxygen sensor control and display.
Exhaust Gas Temperature sensor display.
Narrow Band sensor output to provide your ECU with the standard lambda feed back it needs for its closed-loop operation.
RPM input to provide context for datalogging.
Boost sesnsor input for datalogging and
5A solenoid driver, to control Boost or N2O solenoid.
Serial (RS232) connection providing datalogging to PC and Field upgradeable software.

VEMS Wideband O2/EGT Gauge complete with Wideband sensor.

Does anyone know if this will input directly into Ecutek Delta Dash for logging purposes ?

its a serial comms device,

you send it a letter "a" on the serial port and it sends back a string of data with the current info.

Dont know if the Ecutek can cope with that though.

it also has a 0-5v output, IIRC, that can be used on the majority of ecu's ;-)
Just check if your dash has an aux 0-5v input.

There is a configurable analog output that will either emulate a narrow band sensor, or can be scaled to give a variety of voltage outputs based on the Lambda reading. If you've got the details for the datalogger I will be able to give the right settings.
