I'm watching these already but they're 2 days away.

I'll try the trade card tomorrow and let you know how I get on. Seems a worthwhile thing to get. :)

Gerry, remove the acces window in the wheel arch liner. I did this just the other day to do the very job youre complaining about. Its easy.

I don't have a clue what you mean but I'll take a look tomorrow. Most of my arch liners are missing anyway. :)

I'm not very far away from you Gerry. If you need to borrow decent rachet spanners shout. We can arrange something. I have the same 3bolt uppipe you do and know exactly which nut and bolt you're on about. I didn't use a half moon rachet spanner as i have a pretty comprehensive set of rachets, sockets, bars and rachet spanners (stubby, 45deg angle and flexible head).

Let me know if you need.

Thanks for the offers of loans but tbh, I'd rather buy a set as I found Stu's invaluable for the up-pipe to turbo bolts too.

As it happens, I've just booked Silverstone GP this Saturday so may get Zen to do it as time is short. I can then wait for the ebay set without the urgency.

Well, as predicted, Zen are too busy and couldn't fit me in. Area 52 is too far for a silly 1 hour job so, my only alternative is DIY.

Thread inserts should arrive tomorrow and I picked up the set of spanners from Halfords today. Had a look at the possibility of a trade card but you need to prove either you work in the trade, with paslips to support it or, a stack of recent receipts from local motor factors.

Lee, the ebay ones are all yours mate. Hope you get them for a good price as they're a very nice bit of kit. :D
