To handle the legal bits for my mum's estate?

Preferably reasonably local to me (Ely, Cambs)

Before I go down this route - does anyone know if you NEED a solicitor?

I dont want to appoint one of these money grabbing gits if I dont have to :D

if you have a will written i'm not sure.

but i would have thought its still possible divide the estate to nearest and dearest etc.

speak to the CAB first mate. 30 minutes free solicitor advice could go a long way?

is there property involved?
