hello guys and girls. after wanting one of these for as long as i can remember, i thought that this was the car i would never get rid of. but only 5 months later and here we are.
certain things in life are just more important than a car. being able to afford to live is one of those.
dumbo, my m535i is up for sale.
specs as follows..
3.5l inline 6 engine
rwd
limited slip diff
218hp(26 years ago..)
230ish flb torque
mot is about 4/5 months left, will update to be precise.
tax just sent back so on a sorn(bloody gay insurance rules)
this is by far the most fun car ive ever driven. plenty of power and torque, and weighs in at about 1200kg. the rear end is scary in the wet if driven with more than half the throttle!
the car has full sports mtech interior and steering wheel, seen better days but still reasonable condition
on board computer giving mpg, range, timer etc,
there is service history with some truly scary bills in there.
front end fully polybushed
front brake e32 upgrade
stainless brake hoses
the car runs and drives fantasticly
if driven respctfully you can get fairly good mpg out of it. ive averaged 25 out of it.
oil and filter changed only last week, with castrol gtx oil.
sparks done 3 months ago
brake fluid flushed 3 months ago
now for the bad bit. the bodywork is poor. it needs a fair bit of work. i bought it with the intention of restoring it but it isnt going to get done. the worst area is the front wings. they will need removing and new ones putting in. these are a respectable
