That last one looks like Chris Harris' old one......journalist and all around fine driver of cars

Glad to see that I am not the only one who gravitates to 911's. I can think of no finer way of spending a lot of money, buying and running a life changing motorcar. The thing is Trev, if you did sell all of your toys, you could own one

That guy goes through cars like I go through dinners.....was only two weeks ago we were talking about his AMG SL55!
I have to be honest, I would only buy a manual 911......same way I'd only buy an auto Jag. (Nice car all the same)

There is something about a 911 of any age, Although i would favor the top one!:drool5:
Its funny ive only been thinging to myself today, i wonder what boxster prices are doing now? I cant imagine that i will ever be able to afford a decent 911?:( But a boxster......Ok a bit gay maybe? Still has that wonderful flat six though.:driving:

They drive beautifully Russ. The 2.5, even though it looks slow on paper, was great fun around Snett on decent road tyres and pads. It's just the handling........absolutely superb and far more balanced than older 911's, but that's obvious I guess.

Cheap as chips matey........just make sure you check the seal between the engine and gearbox (IIRC, that's the only weaklink)
