2005 Mini Cooper S Chilli Pack 54k miles + Free servicing

For sale is my beautifully cared for Mini Cooper S, full spec is as follows:-
2005 “05” registration
54000 miles
12 months MOT
6 months tax
Full Service History+spare keys and owner’s manual wallet all present
I’m the 3rd owner from new.
Car comes with TLC XL package which means free servicing till 80,000 miles or 8 years old, whichever comes first. Full details of what’s included are here:-

Car was last serviced on 13th May at Cooper BMW Norwich and so has 14000 miles till the next service, which will be an inspection and is covered under the TLC XL cover.
Tyres:
Yokohama Prada Spec 2’s bought in February 2011:
• Fronts = 6mm tread remaining
• Rears = 7mm tread remaining
Brakes:
• All new discs and pads replaced in October 2010. So no lips on the discs and plenty of material left on the pads.
